But that was not enough. And it was time for us to take a leap of faith in whole new direction. So we put all our learnings of last 10 products and decided to build a modernised healthcare platform. A whole new breeze in the stale world of healthcare. It was much needed. And so we starting thinking, what could be doctor’s tool in post EHR era?

Building a brain of healthcare

Our team took everything we learned in building the products so far and realised that we need a to build a brain. A brain of healthcare that could synthesize all the health information of person coming from various sources and synthesize it based on patient’s context. In addition to that, it will analyse and predict the usage patterns and feed it to our a machine learning algorithms for better interaction rendering

We designed experience for an FHIR based iPad EHR which sits on existing health information systems and augments data from HIS at point of care. The product was designed to be used in Ambulatory Care Scenario

This was an experimental design where we tested if this kind of arrangement enables doctor to offer better face-time to patients. And it worked. Doctor was able to seamlessly chart on Apple TV using his iPhone as a mic and navigator.

Powered by Natural Language Processing and Clinical Data Extraction of Nuance, we created UX that lets doctor dictate unstructured note and create structured note which would be used for contextual data analysis.

The UX was centred around building interactive timeline for HCC/RAF Projection analysis for IPA professionals which helps ACO’s & Insurance visualise the effectiveness of current care being delivered to the patients by particular doctor.

The UX solves the burnout and current skewed ratio of care-givers vs patients. UX is designed to create a hybrid intervention where bot drives the most mundane tasks and notifies when a real care coordinator should intervene. It enables CareGivers to close care-gaps effectively, interact with patients and get notified about important vital drop/rise updates about patient.

The objective of UX here is to identify patients who needs to be on care plan and stratify them. Based on stratification, the patient would be assigned a care coordinator and a corresponding care plan will be defined. A care-coach would then stay in touch with patient and enable him/her to recover faster.

We took up a challenge to create an economical solution for web-based charting. Without a modern and costly interaction solutions like Nuance we still managed to enable doctors do faster charting using abilities like coping previous notes, templates & shorthand operator etc.

This chat based Patient engagement solution enables user to report their moods, shares health related information with CareCordinator with user’s permission, remind user to take medications, exercises etc. The UX is crafted with focus on building great health habits for patients over the years.

We were focused on building an intelligent medication reminder UX. The intelligence of product tries to understand user’s medication behaviour, the reasons behind skipping or forgetting medication and enabling them to show better medication adherence over the time.
